Description

Fyr stool, dark brown from Lucky Interiors Uganda, priced at UGX 1,041,000. Normann Copenhagen's Fyr stool boasts an elegantly simple design crafted from solid pine wood. Designed by Yuchen Wu, the stool has an adaptable, multifunctional construction that makes it perfect for a variety of functions from extra seating to a side or display table. The name of the stool, Fyr, is a play on the Danish word for pine, highlighting both the distinctiveness and sturdiness of the material. Fyr has flawlessly balanced structure that radiates strength and beauty, combining simple geometric shapes in a pleasant yet intriguing way. Like Yuchen says: “When designing something as simple as a stool, the challenge is to make it uncomplicated and practical, but still interesting. The result is a well-balanced combination of sturdiness, simplicity and detail, that at the same time allows the pine material to take center stage.” Imported stools piece, delivered in Kampala and countrywide.
