This is the standard we hold ourselves to on every order, whether it is one chair or a full office fit-out.
Our commitments
- We describe products honestly — the photos, dimensions and materials we publish are the ones you receive.
- We quote the full cost before you pay, including delivery and fitting where they apply.
- We check every piece before it leaves us and again on delivery with you.
- We use materials suited to the way the piece will be used, and say so when a cheaper option will not last.
- We keep you updated on lead times, and tell you early when something will be late.
- We answer after-sales questions and handle faults without argument where they are ours.
How we keep to it
- Every custom build is confirmed in writing — measurements, materials, finish, price and date — before work starts.
- Installations are measured on site rather than estimated by phone.
- Our own team handles delivery, assembly and fitting, so responsibility does not get passed around.
- Complaints go straight to the person responsible for the order, not into a queue.
