Warranty Conditions

We stand behind what we supply and fit. This page explains what is covered, what is not, and how to make a claim.

What we cover

  • Manufacturing faults — a joint, frame, mechanism, seam or fitting that fails in normal use.
  • Workmanship on installations we carried out, such as curtain rails, blinds and flooring.
  • Items delivered damaged or supplied to the wrong specification.

The warranty period differs by product and material, so it is stated on your invoice or quote for that order. Ask us to confirm it in writing before you pay.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear: fading, creasing, softening of foam and cushions over time.
  • Damage from misuse, overloading, accidents, pets, water, heat or sunlight.
  • Damage from moving, dismantling or re-fitting by someone other than our team.
  • Repairs or alterations carried out by a third party.
  • Items sold as clearance, ex-display or “sold as seen”, where noted on the invoice.

Making a claim

  • Message us on WhatsApp with photos of the fault, the item name and your invoice or order date.
  • We assess it, and where needed inspect the piece on site.
  • Where the claim is covered, we repair, replace the part, or replace the item — whichever is appropriate.

Looking after your furniture

  • Keep upholstery and timber out of direct sunlight and away from damp.
  • Clean fabric with the method recommended for that material; avoid strong solvents.
  • Re-tighten bolts on beds and desks occasionally.
