Prices and quotes

• Prices shown on this site are in Ugandan Shillings and cover the item only, unless we state otherwise.
• Items marked “Price on request” are priced by size, fabric or quantity — we confirm the figure in writing before you pay.
• A quote we send stays valid for the period stated on it. Prices can change if material costs change or if you change the specification.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed once we have agreed the item, the final price, the delivery time and the payment terms with you.
• Custom builds and cut-to-size work start after the agreed deposit is received.
• We do not process payments on this website.

Stock and photos

• Availability is confirmed at the time of ordering. Where an item is out of stock we tell you the lead time or offer an alternative.
• Photos show the piece as accurately as we can. Fabric, timber and colour can vary slightly between batches; ask us for photos of the exact piece before you order if this matters to you.

Delivery and installation

• Delivery is quoted per order based on the destination and the size of the load.
• Delivery dates are our best estimate and can be affected by traffic, weather or supply.
• Please make sure there is access for the pieces you ordered — stairs, doorways and lifts.
• Check the goods on delivery and tell us straight away about any damage or missing item.

Cancellations and returns

• Standard catalogue items can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, contact us and we agree the next step case by case.
• Custom-made, cut-to-size and fitted items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, because they are made to your specification.
• Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are put right at our cost.
