Description

Henry Heerup - Anniversary poster - Cobra 1966, A2 poster from Lucky Interiors Uganda, priced at UGX 163,000. Louisiana Museum of Modern Art's poster features Cobra (1966) by Danish artist Henry Heerup. The poster celebrates the major Cobra exhibition held at Louisiana that same year, showcasing more than 200 works from the international Cobra movement, which was a collective founded in 1948 by Dutch, Belgian, and Danish artists, including Heerup. For those drawn to Heerup’s imaginative style, his works are also richly represented in Louisiana’s own collection. From the glass corridor leading to the museum café, you can look out over Heeruphaven, a garden where Heerup’s whimsical granite sculptures rise playfully from the grass and ivy. Louisiana Museum of Modern Art’s poster collection includes prints from iconic exhibitions held at the Danish museum over the years. Printed on high-quality paper, posters bring a stylish touch of contemporary art to your walls. Imported posters piece, delivered in Kampala and countrywide. Order on WhatsApp +256 705 697889.
