Description

Piccolo cushion cover, 50 x 50 cm, orange - yellow from Lucky Interiors Uganda, priced at UGX 250,000. Marimekko's Piccolo cushion cover features a striped pattern designed by Vuokko Eskolin-Nurmesniemi in 1953, with multi-colored stripes painted in free brush strokes. The pattern is best known from the Jokapoika shirt, which first appeared on the streets in the 1950s and remains one of Marimekko’s most beloved designs. In fact, the Piccolo cushion cover subtly echoes the legendary shirt: it is finished with a similar metal button closure as a charming detail. Made from 100% organic cotton, the Piccolo cushion cover brings a touch of timeless Marimekko heritage to any interior. Imported sofa covers piece, delivered in Kampala and countrywide.
