Description

Pieni Unikko cushion cover, 50 x 50 cm,off white-beige-dark blue from Lucky Interiors Uganda, priced at UGX 182,000. Marimekko’s Pieni Unikko cushion cover features Maija Isola’s iconic floral pattern in beautiful shades of beige, off-white and dark blue. Made of 100% cotton, the cushion cover gives an organic touch to the couch, armchair or bed. The Unikko pattern came about in 1964 after Armi Ratia, the founder of Marimekko, had announced in public that no floral fabrics are designed at Marimekko. Maija Isola did not accept rules or restrictions and designed in protest a complete collection of bold floral patterns: Unikko, a Finnish word that means poppy. Today, Unikko is one of Marimekko's best-known patterns and recognized around the world. Imported sofa covers piece, delivered in Kampala and countrywide. Order on WhatsApp +256 705 697889.
