Description

Triennale chair, oak - black cushions with buttons from Lucky Interiors Uganda, priced at UGX 11,861,000. Yrjö Kukkapuro’s Triennale chair celebrates the elements that define the designer’s work. In this chair, a characteristically lightweight metal frame, wooden seat components, and loose cushions come together to form a clean, balanced silhouette — one that is just as pleasing to the eye today as it was in 1960, when the chair made its debut at the Milan Triennale, from which it also takes its name. The original Triennale chair was a prototype that remained unseen for decades, now returning to delight a new generation of design enthusiasts. The new version is faithful to the original with only a subtle adjustment: a slightly higher backrest, added in response to the increase in average human height. This small yet meaningful refinement enhances comfort and brings this classic gracefully into the present day. Imported armchairs piece, delivered in Kampala and countrywide.
