Description

Tynell 9602 floor lamp, brass - bamboo from Lucky Interiors Uganda, priced at UGX 6,991,000. GUBI’s Tynell 9602 floor lamp was created by Finnish lighting designer Paavo Tynell, who designed this delicate masterpiece back in 1935 for the Hotel Aulanko in Hämeenlinna. The 9602 lamp, also known as the Chinese Hat, features a wide, conical shade inspired by traditional Asian sun hats and hand-pleated from bamboo slats, and a slender rattan-covered stem, elegantly complemented by brass accents on the base as well as on top of the lampshade. The 9602 lamp exudes a gentle and invitingly warm light, showcasing Tynell’s remarkable ability to play with the artistic dimensions of light and balance various elements harmoniously. Originally produced by the Finnish company Oy Taito Ab, the luminaire is now part of the Paavo Tynell collection under the Danish design brand GUBI. Imported floor lamps piece, delivered in Kampala and countrywide. Order on WhatsApp +256 705 697889.
