The elegant VL45 Radiohus pendant by Louis Poulsen was originally designed for the Radiohus building in Copenhagen in the 1940s. The mastermind behind both the luminaire and the building is architect Vilhelm Lauritzen, who is known for his functionalist architecture in Denmark. The VL45 Radiohus pendant features a beautiful round shade made of white amber-colored glass that filters soft uniform light. The opening on the bottom allows direct downward light. Brass details crown the luxurious look of the luminaire. The VL45 Radiohus pendant is a timeless luminaire that is perfect for general illumination as well as above the dining table.
