The Mademoiselle rocking chair, designed by Ilmari Tapiovaara for Artek, is a Finnish design classic from 1956. Tapiovaara drew his inspiration from traditional Finnish spoke chairs and crafted the sculptural rocking chair from solid birch. The high backrest, low seat and angled legs combine into a harmonious, well-balanced rocking chair. The slightly sloping seat and inclined backrest make Mademoiselle pleasant to sit on. Due to its timeless design and comfortable seat, Mademoiselle continues to charm even in the most contemporary interiors. Imported rocking chairs piece, delivered in Kampala and countrywide.
